The National Library of Australia hosts TROVE which is a fully searchable digitised archive of all Australia's newspapers and journals

The National Archives of Australia makes available Government records, including declassified Military and Naval records. Record Search means you can look for family members, family history, or subjects of interest.

The Australian Society of Authors (ASA) provides a wealth of information about getting published, being a writer, and offers courses in pitching your work to publishers and agents. Being a member of the ASA means you have access to opportunities like Literary Speed dating, which brings you together with Publishers and Literary Agents to pitch your books.

The Australian Writers Guild (AWG) is for screenwriters. As a member of the AWG, you can register your Film and TV Series scripts and Pitch documents to protect your Intellectual Property. They also have the annual Emerging Writers Award, rates of pay information, and can provide advice on contracts and writers deals.

If you are interested in studying Private Investigation and Workplace Investigation, the Australian School of Security and Investigation have a variety of courses at a high standard.

The Hunt Laboratory for Intelligence and Security Studies are based at Melbourne University and provide training in Analytic Rigour, an Introduction to Strategic Analysis, and are devloping a Graduate Certificate in Intelligence and Security Studies

The Australasian Legal Information Institute (AUSTLII) is an online database of every piece of legislation, Legal Decision, and Judgment made in Australian Courts and Tribunals. It is searchable by State, Jurisdiction, and Legislation, Citation, and Legal Journals.

The Australian Guide to Legal Citation (AGLC) is published by the Melbourne Law School at the University of Melbourne, and is available for free at the link below. It provides the definitive way to reference research.
